Terms of Service

By accessing or using SIA MIS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an NGO, trust, society, or any other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

SIA MIS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your organisation's internal monitoring and evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of India.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately at info@tanxinnovations.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Your use of the Service involves the collection and processing of data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload about beneficiaries, staff, or third parties is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent under applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SIA MIS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless permitted by law or with our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fabricated monitoring data
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Circumvent or disable any security or access-control features
• Use the Service to store or transmit information that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Sub-license, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data you or your users enter into the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIA MIS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@tanxinnovations.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
